Reeling Silk's instructor, Rich Sobel, has over 20 years of experience in Tai Chi and Qi-gong forms.
Rich teaches Yang and Wu styles of Tai Chi. He continues to study with Grand Master Shou-yu Liang and Diane Kehoe in Yang and Chen styles. He also trained with David Dolbear in a Northern Wu style, and with the former Master Xu Gong Wei in Chen style.
The Reeling Silk school offers Tai Chi classes in several locations around Vancouver.

++++++++++++++++Yang Style Tai Chi Monday evenings at Creekside Community Recreation Centre from 7:30 - 9:00 PM: Simplified 24-posture Form for beginners from 7:30-8:15, and then more in depth practice of 24- and 37-posture forms for intermediate students from 8:15- 9:00. One fee covers the entire 90 minutes!
